1. Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–8 business days.
Processing Time: All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours from our warehouse.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD for your convenience. Please ensure you are available to receive the order at the time of delivery to help us maintain our free shipping promise.
3. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp and Email notification with a live tracking link. You can monitor your package's journey from our floor to your door.
4. Damaged Shipments
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the package or take a video while unboxing and contact support@velvithealth.com within 24 hours.
